people alaways trigger to explore new inventions,
discover something absurd,
or daring to take arish,
in order to fullfil their own desires..
what i would like to talk about in this topic is,
how those people have to face a lot of problems,
or crensation,and have to work under pressure...
thus,we should know how to manage if we are in this situation,
especially for doctors,who work at E&T department,
facing those critical and unconscious cases,
and so on..
you must also have a good communication with the intermediator,
either medical oficer or nurse..
otherwise miscommunication may cost a life.
in this session also, you must have askill,
in how to have a small alk to the patient's family or their relatives..
last but not least,miss also touched about the discharge instruction guidelines..
once the patient was discharged from the hospital or clinic,
do make sure those patient or caregiver knows,
the diagnosis,side effect and treatment that had given to them..
or maybe some follow-up if needed..
and once again,
i always camed wih the new tems anf new diseases to b discovered,
that were anaphylatic shock and scombroid toxicity..
both are because of the seafood..
one is allergic reaction and the other one is the poisoning food..
ohhh!!!!!
how can i forget this!
on that day was the pleased day ever!

because we got a lovely lecturer in her sweet kebaya nyonya,
and she's really kind,also quite naughty at her young age,hehe..
